We are hiring a Safety Officer to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance across project sites. The role focuses on implementing best industry safety practices, conducting audits, and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualification

• BE + Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 2 years experience
  OR
• B.Sc / Diploma in Engineering + Diploma in Industrial Safety with minimum 5 years experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety requirements as per project standards and guidelines
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce approved safe work procedures
• Ensure availability of PPE, first aid, and safety tools before work commencement
• Supervise safety stewards and ensure presence during all critical activities
• Conduct safety training, mock drills, inductions, and awareness programs
• Perform site audits, inspections, and compliance tracking
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and monthly reporting
• Ensure health, hygiene, and welfare of workers at site
• Implement emergency response plans for on-site risks
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and safety coordinators
