A commissioning and process expert, he has successfully led the commissioning and stabilization of more than 20 greenfield and brownfield projects across India, consistently driving operational excellence and business growth. Renowned for his result-oriented decision-making on technology and innovation, Ravindra’s leadership philosophy emphasizes empowering teams, enhancing efficiency, and delivering measurable outcomes. He has contributed to top organizations including Quess Corp, SMS group, TATA BSL, and JSW-BSP.

He holds a Master of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science from NIT Jamshedpur, a Bachelor’s in Metallurgical Engineering from NIT Durgapur, and a PG Diploma in Human Rights from the Indian Institute of Human Rights, New Delhi.
